Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, we only ship within the Contiguous US.

I received my order however the item is missing the hardware pack or part. How do I go about receiving what I need to assemble it?

If you purchased your item directly from CasualHome.com, and it is missing a part or hardware pack, please email customerservice@CasualHome.com, and include your name, order number, date of purchase and the item description, within 7 days of delivery。

If I receive my item defective or damaged what should I do?

Please email us at customerservice@CasualHome.com, within 7 days of receipt, with the date, order, description, style # &  images of the defect or damage, and we will provide you with further instructions.

Can I return or exchange the item if I am not satisfied with the product I purchased?

Please contact us at customerservice@casualhome.com for return authorization. Once approved by CH, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, in new condition and in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped with a trackable method. We only accept delivery from USPS, UPS or FedEx. The shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer. If you would like a new item, style or color, you may place a new order online.For more information, please check our Return Policy.

Can I cancel the order I placed?

Once an order is placed it is filled immediately, making the window of opportunity for cancellations very small.

Call 855-227- 8254 or email customerservice@CasualHome.com, immediately after placing your order, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Is entering my Credit Card information on your site safe?

All transactions on this website are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment.

Do you have an email list so can receive notice of your sales & promotions?

Yes, you may enter your email address online for notification of sales & promotions. Please feel free to follow us on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter for promotional events.

Will you share my personal information with other companies?

No, we will never share any of your information unless it is be authorized by customers.

How can I be sure the item I selected is available for purchase?

First you will receive an order confirmation, secondly, you will receive your shipping confirmation with tracking. If there is an issue with your order at anytime during the process, you will be contacted by a member of our team.

Do you accept phone or check orders?

We accept online orders only.
