What are the delivery charges for orders from Casual Home?

All orders over $50 receive no charge for shipping. All orders under $50 will receive a flat-rate shipping fee of $5. We are also able to provide 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options upon request for an additional fee. If you would like your order shipped 2nd or Next Day Air, please contact us directly.

Which payment methods are accepted by Casual Home?

Casual Home accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Casual Home orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-5 business days from purchase.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you’ve hit purchase, your order will be received by our warehouse and be prepared to ship accordingly. Furthermore, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of both a successful purchase as well as your tracking number.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order upon the successful completion of delivery.

Is there a warranty?

All Casual Home and American Trails products come with a 30-day warranty. Other brands may be subject to a shorter or longer manufacturer’s warranty, which will be included on the product’s listing.

Does Casual Home offer bulk orders?

Yes, we do. Please email the item(s) of interest as well as the quantity of the bulk order you would like to place to and we will be more than happy to provide a quote. 

How do I order a replacement part?

Replacement parts are available upon request. Please email and include your name, date of purchase, the name of the product, as well as a description of the part that is needed.

What if I purchased my product through Amazon?

If you purchased your Casual Home product through Amazon you will need to contact the Amazon Customer Service team and they will be able to assist you.
